Modifying Your Mortgage

I think it’s best (by far) for anyone considering mortgage modification to educate themselves, FIRST.

If you fail to educate yourself first and simply hire a “professional”, as good as they may make it sound, you run a very high risk of getting ripped off and winding up worse-off than you are now. I’ve seen it happen to too many people before I could reach them first. Please don’t let it happen to you!

I only trust a one company doing loan modification, and only refer my clients to a good friend of mine who works for them, who I’ve known for over a decade. I’m happy to refer you, but I HIGHLY recommend reading this “do it yourself” Mortgage Modification Guidebook to learn about the process before you even decide to do it.

You may choose to do it yourself or have my friend do it for you, or you may decide it is best to find another solution, but either way I promise you will be far better off with this the current, updated knowledge in this book than without it. It’s worth many times more than the price, even if you decide not to modify your mortgage, and at least ten times the investment if you do.
